Will my health insurance cover Dietitian services?
At the moment we do not accept payment from health insurance bodies.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment from all major debit and credit cards via bank transfer, Paypal or Stripe. We do not accept cash or cheque payment.
A deposit will be requested to secure bookings and this will be deducted from the total cost of the final payment.
What is a Dietitian?
We are experts in nutritional science and are able to translate this into practical information and advice.
We are registered with the Health Care and Professions Council (HCPC), regulated by law and governed by an ethical code, to ensure that we always work to the highest standard.
Do you offer follow-up consultations?
Yes, follow ups are recommended but we understand that this may not be necessary for everyone. If you pay for one service, you will be given the option to schedule a follow up consultation. All appointments can be via video call, telephone call, email or face-face. Face-to-face will depend on location.

Will you need to get in contact with my GP?
You will be asked answer a series of questions about your health and past medical history.
If we feel that you should seek medical investigation before receiving dietetic advice, we will ask you to contact your GP.
With your permission, your GP will be notified that you are under our care.
