  • Sharing information with relevant health professionals.

  • We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

  • From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax or mail. We may use the information to customise the website according to your interests.

Booking Information

1. Cancellation and Missed Appointments

Appointment cancellations must always give 48 hours notice, unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Cancelling with less than 48hrs notice will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the appointment.

For cancellation of follow-up appointments with less than 48hrs notice a charge of £10 per 10-minute appointment length will automatically charged to you 

Bookings can be rearranged if more than 48hr notice is given

2. Fees

  • Fees will be agreed prior to booking appointments.

  • Pre-payment is required for online bookings.

  • Invoices are payable within 7 days unless agreed otherwise.

  • The following process will apply in the event of non-payment:

  1. If an invoice is not paid within 7 days thereafter, the client will receive written notice that therapy is suspended pending payment in full.

  2. If payment is not received in full within 7 days of therapy being suspended, the dietitian reserves the right to refer the matter to a solicitor and to commence legal action.
